Keynote speaker Ms. Barbara Anthony, appointed by the Governor to serve as Undersecretary to the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation has spent her career promoting consumer causes, is one of the state’s most well-known consumer advocates and is a highly respected public interest lawyer.  She will present an overview of 201 CMR 17.00, discuss the impact it has on both large and small businesses in both public and private sectors and provide answers to frequently asked questions then take questions from summit attendees.
